• Burial. The tombstone at Kirkland Lake shows his name as Hugh John born 1902, died 1965. The 1902 is certainly wrong because his father died in 1899 and the Hugh is inexplibable because the records at St. Mary's Church in Quoyon, Quebec show his name as John Edward, born October 9, 1884
